I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether. More

We couldn't strike a deal that day but he insisted he would follow up. Approximately one week later after I had called on two occasions to speak with him I was sent a one line email saying "there was a potential jeep coming in". After replying, he never responded again. Here we are three weeks later and I receive a text message asking if I'm still interested. I explain to him I have an offer from Another Jeep dealership that I intend to sign on this week, but if he could match or better the offer I will go with them.
