Worst Service Department Everytime I bring my Jeep in for service they have a different reason why my Jeep has the same symptoms. They are incompetent at diagnosing vehicles. The worst Leasing a car from them was a nightmare - they made multiple errors in the paperwork which forced me to come back in on 3 different occasions to resig Leasing a car from them was a nightmare - they made multiple errors in the paperwork which forced me to come back in on 3 different occasions to resign new paperwork due to their carelessness. I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether. More

Not only that the main issue is that on 3 different occasions the service manager was extremely unprofessional and rude!! I had to file a complaint to Chrysler on 3 different occasions!
