Worst Service Department Everytime I bring my Jeep in for service they have a different reason why my Jeep has the same symptoms. They are incompetent at diagnosing vehicles. Technicians are untrained and should not work on Chrysler vehicles. I would avoid this Dealership at all costs. Service reps don't answer phone calls or return voicemails. I recently brought my lease in for service and found the team to manipulative and deceitful. They were blaming me for a part that is under warranty not properly working and insisted I pay to fix it. They never even took the time to diagnose the problem to see what was wrong...I asked them to just do that and they still wanted to charge me a few to diagnose a problem. Experience turned me away from the entire brand altogether. More
