Upon the following evening went to pick up my vehicle only to discover an added charge to my bill that did not reflect what we discussed, they added on a warranty without my authority and charged my credit card. Not sure what management is trying to get away with but this is unexceptable and illegal. More

Steer clear of this place for service I had my company vehicle towed to this dealership because it was the closest one to where my vehicle broke down. The service staff seemed put off by I had my company vehicle towed to this dealership because it was the closest one to where my vehicle broke down. The service staff seemed put off by having to take in my vehicle during a very busy day and gave me very little information when I left. I was out-of-state visiting family at the time and had to leave my vehicle there. It took over three weeks to get backordered parts and get my vehicle put back together when the transmission failed. I had a very difficult time getting updates or speaking to a manager when I was dissatisfied with the progress. Once I was able to get someone higher up the repair began to move ahead. However less than two weeks after picking up my vehicle I had to take it back to a local dealership only to find out that the transmission pump had not been installed properly and I was leaking transmission fluid. I am now facing a $1600 repair bill to correct work that was supposed to have been done under warranty at this dealership. I am in the process of trying to get this dealership to reimburse my company for the additional repairs that were done incorrectly the first time. I have to say that I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the customer service I have received as well as the quality of the workmanship in repairing my vehicle. I will say, in fairness, that once I pushed hard enough, I got in touch with Heather who got my service advisor to respond faster. However my overall experience was that communication was very poor and I was kept in the dark for much of the time. More

This was my 6th lease with Chrysler so I knew exactly what I wanted in a car and monthly payment. Mike did not try and "wheel and deal" me one bit. He delivered exactly what I asked more plus 1 or 2 more "bells and whistles" on my new Pacifica. I love the care and my monthly payment!! I finally found a new home and salesperson when it is time for a new lease. More

My 3 year old latitude just completely shut down on the highway die to their Computer systems and they told me they would impound my car if u didn't get it out of there when I complained that this was an emergency and the computer system was freezing up my car. What a racket. They sell u a poorly made vehicle...then charge you to fix their problems. The manager Steve was condescending and defensive and completely unhelpful. I have been. A Jeep owner for 20 years and this department has turned me off completely to Jeep. More

I have issues with harassment because of customer service surgery from salesman, finance gentleman enter my social security number incorrectly making it an issue for me that I had to resolve on my own! My husband had to resolve this issue on his day off because of dealership error and all I received was a "sorry you can call me at any time" from the sales manager, Mark. Well, needless to say, not even 24 hours after that conversation another issue presents itself. I call the number he provided, to my surprise.. A wrong number. Called the dealership six times and the receptionist laughed at my frustration and kept me on hold. I never received a call back. Absolutely horrible customer service. My suggestion, go anywhere else!!!! Find a dealership that cares for the customer, not just for the money. More

When searching for that dealership on the web to narrow down your price, endless dealers try to get your attention. Kudos to Kiki who knows congenial customer service in assisting my concerns. She connected me to Leo Mora who made my experience quick, personable, and understood my needs in leasing my new Jeep. I have owned many Jeeps in my years, and dealing with Paramus, I must say, takes the hassle out of getting a new vehicle. Leo made it a pleasure. More

After telling her exactly what I was looking for and asked her to provide me with a quote, she stated “its best that you come in to further discuss”. What dealership doesn’t discuss pricing over the phone??? I simply thanked her for her time and said that I am no longer interested in doing business with this dealership. A few hours later, I received another phone call from this dealership, only this time it was from “Carlos Belaunde” in Sales. I guess they don’t communicate there because he kept calling over and over. I finally answered and told him to please take me off the list because I am no longer interested. Instead of taking the hint and understanding what “I am not interested means”, Carlos then began his spew of 101 PERSONAL “NONE OF HIS BUSINESS” questions. I said it again for the second time “I am not interested, take me off your list. Goodbye.” And again he kept calling over and over and over. I finally answered and asked him what he wanted. He said “I think we got disconnected.” I said “no we did not, this conversation is over, leave me alone.” And to no surprise there is Carlos calling me over and over again. I answered and asked me to please transfer me to the GM or the Sales Manager of the dealership. Carlos replied and said “its going to be a 45-minute wait.” I said “that’s fine with me, I will wait.” Instead of transferring my call, Carlos then hung up on me. I called him back a few more times after, with him hanging up on me each time until I decided to call the main line of the dealership. I was placed on hold and waited until the line got disconnected after 25 minutes. Not only is Carlos the worst sales person I have ever been in touch with – he’s pushy, arrogant, and rude!! He does NOT deserve to be in sales speaking to people the way he does. This dealership needs to learn proper etiquette with customer service. By far the worse facility I have EVER been in contact with. More

In 2014 we leased a Ram 1500 which we turned in this past September and ended up leasing another Ram 1500 and a Charger r/t. Only to get a bill in the mail over a month later from our bank for over 1300 dollars for scratches and dings on the 2014 Ram 1500. Well when we leased in 2014 and in 2016 Manny told us that there extra insurance we got covered everything as far as scratches as long as we didn't bring it back totaled and he confirmed that this week that it was up to 7500. Well today he changed his tune and said no. Well I will do whatever it takes to make sure those I know and even those I don't buy or lease from this company. After leasing 2 vehicles I feel like we might as well just park them because we will get a thousands of dollars bill after the leases are up. Bad business route 4 and Manny More
