In love with Paramus Jeep! I've been wanting a Jeep Wrangler for as long as I can remember. I stopped in and immediately I was approached by a salesman Frank. From the start frank was running around like a crazy person trying to find me a great deal that works with my budget. Unfortunately due to my credit I was not approved but still the way frank was a salesman was an amazing experience. He treated me like a friend instead of just another annoying customer. Once my finances are in order I will definitely be back to have frank sell me my dream car! More

Proceed With Extreme Caution! Extremely Shady Service Department. Warranty repairs aren't done properly or even done at all. Horrible Service Department! They also try to get you to pay for things that are under warranty. Then once they realize they can't pull that s**t on you. Oh wait here it is. It's covered. After a $1800 quote.. doesn't matter because the problem never actually gets fixed. They also will give you a loaner with no gas that's dirty and full of dog hair.. Great dealership! So much for spending over $40,000 here! I got treated better with my Kia that was half the price! More
