Frank Minervini was the most helpful associate I have ever dealt with in terms of vehicle ownership. He was not pushy, did not focus on just the sales aspect and try to get me into a vehicle asap. He took his time, pointed my family and I in the right direction to a new Dodge Durango and earned the right for the sale. The wife can take the kids to soccer practice during the day and I can still feel young again at night. I will definitely be back. More

Sales I wanted to get rid of my Scion tC 2011 and I knew I wanted a Jeep. I had no idea that I would actually leave the dealership with one. When I first wa I wanted to get rid of my Scion tC 2011 and I knew I wanted a Jeep. I had no idea that I would actually leave the dealership with one. When I first walked in the only person who approached me was Edwin Sarita. He asked what I wanted and I got exactly that. I walked away with 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This was a gift from my grandfather and other places denied us. I started to give up on trading in my vehicle but Edwin made it happen. He was very understanding and upfront with what I can get. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I will be sure to recommend friends and family to him. I just hope other people who work there is just like him. More

Don't lease a car here. Horrible experience! Stay far away! You may think you are getting a good deal , but you will pay big time in the end! They charged us for wear and te Horrible experience! Two separate auto body places looked at it and said "You have got to be kidding!" Everyone we spoke to at the dealership and Chrysler Capital claimed that they had nothing to do with the matter. They were cold and rude. Everyone, including Kiki Konner, was only interested in selling or leasing us another vehicle. (We were not interested. They had no clue of the connection between customer service and return business. ) The car we were turning in had only 22,000 miles, but that made no difference. We would not deal with any of these people again, and will warn as many people as we can to stay away from this dealer! More
