Honestly a 1 is to good for this dealership . They are rude and don’t care about the customers . They lie But I guess that’s my fault I should have known better to buy a Chrysler product because They are rude and don’t care about the customers . ZERO STARS FOR THIS AWFUL DEALER. This is the worst Dealer and Service Center. The Service Team lies. I have three recalls on my car and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Auto) reached to me and This is the worst Dealer and Service Center. The Service Team lies. I have three recalls on my car and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Auto) reached to me and even scheduled the repair for me with Paramus Dodge. A few hours later a service advisor called me and left a message that there are no known recalls on my car. I called FCA back and they again confirmed there are 3 recalls. FCA called Paramus Dodge back and they were told the same thing...no known recalls. FCA scheduled with me another Dodge a little further away, who also agrees three DANGEROUS recalls are needed. Both airbags spray metal and a fire extinguisher. This place is the worst. DO NOT TRUST THEM! FCA is reporting Paramus Dodge for bad business practices. More
