Didn't even plan on getting a car that day Had another 2 months left on my Nissan rouge so we went to Nissan to see their deals. They gave me some crazy high price on a pathfinder so my husband Had another 2 months left on my Nissan rouge so we went to Nissan to see their deals. They gave me some crazy high price on a pathfinder so my husband and I walked next door to Paramus dodge. We were walking around and were greeted by Joe K, a super layed-back knowledgeable salesman. We found this red Dodge Durango that we just fell in love with. He gave us such a great deal we left with it and I gave in my rogue early. My husband is very car saavy and knows a great deal when he sees it. We did our research and made a few phone calls... no one bet this price. Joe K is a rockstar. We'll be back for another car soon :) More
From day one from sales to service Horrible!!!! I originally went into this dealer in 2015 and had sales rep Ryan, I was looking to get into the Dodge Charger or challenger and well I guess due to m I originally went into this dealer in 2015 and had sales rep Ryan, I was looking to get into the Dodge Charger or challenger and well I guess due to my credit score being only fair it wasn't possible at the time so he had menlook at the Jeep Cherokee Limited! After 7 visits (yes 7) finally they came within reason of my budget and got me into a lease on the Jeep. That was only the beginning, I needed a co-signer which they told me after they ran the numbers and gave me the monthly payments I was fuming that this wasn't mentioned to me until it was time to sign the paperwork and they outright told my boyfriend to start signing his name and because he had the higher credit score his name was listed first on my lease agreement! So ok I got the manager involved and was able to rectify this, so in March 17th 2015 I drove away in my new jeep Cherokee limited. Great right??! Congratulations! Right? Absolutely not!!! Not even a year to date one of my headlights died so I brought it to service department being still under warranty right? Wrong again. It wound up costing me $500 for the service techs labor fees!😡😡 my service rep was AJ. Also while bringing I. For the headlight, keep in mind not even a year into my lease I noticed that the around all my vents the paint around them was literally peeling off so I mentioned this to AJ and he said he put the claim in with Chrysler Corporate and would let me know. Another year later this past may 2017 I never received a phone call nothing from ryan nor AJ. So in Early June I was driving along the turnpike and my car started stuttering I brought it to my uncles shop to diagnose the problem and he said it was a misfire in the 4th cylinder so I brought it into Paramus dealer service. I told him exactly what the problem was as Mike the service rep explained I wasn't in warranty for this so I said ok no problem just call me and let me know how much it costs for them to replace the coil. (Keep in mind this should not even happen to a car that's only two years old but anyway) Mike calls me later that morning and tells me it's going to be $1600 to replace the coil and thatbthey had to replace all the coils all the spark plugs and something about replacing gauges.i said absolutely not will I give them $2k on a leased vehicle I only owed $3,000 on not to mention my uncle quoted me no more than $300 and all it neeed was the one coil. Ryan was fired as a sales rep not even a month after I got my car from him and AJ was fired as well which is why I never got a follow up call to find out about the peeling dash area. So when I went to pick up my jeep from service this June they tri d charging me a $150 diagnostic fee when I'm the one who already had it diagnosed and told them what the problem was. Then and only then I asked Dominic why no one followed up and check to make sure AJ did in fact put the claim in before he was fired? Dominic printed out saying it was denied! Which is pure xxxxxxxx on Chryslers part. So anyway I got a xxxxty vehicle from a bunch of crooks and bullxxxxters! Even the GM there was quite a cocky jerk! Very unprofessional all around and worst customer service EVER! So I picked my vehicle up and had my mechanic look at it and it was only a $50 replace the one coil! That was it for me my final straw!!!! Worst experience of my life to date from start to finish. now just today 7/1/17 I went to Hyundai and got out of that God aweful lease and will never have to nor would I ever go to Paramus dealership ever again nor will I ever buy lease or anything they Chrysler Capital Corp!!! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this place nor would I reccommend any Chrysler vehicle they are over priced pure crap!!! I'm happy to be a proud comfortable safe efficient Hyundai Sonata owner! Absolutely disgusted with this dealer specifically!!!! I won't be surprised if Dominic still has a job after a week too!!! oh and the attitude of all the staff there were outright rude, disrespectful snotty and a bunch of crooks!!!! More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! BEWARE!! Brief history: PreApproved through our credit union. Just needed to pick out vehicle and credit union gives us a bank draft up to the amount we can use to purchase. We have used this method to purchase a new Traverse for me in March 2016, a new Silverado for my husband June 2016 and a new Silverado for my middle son May 2017. My oldest son wanted a Dodge Charger. After searching several dealerships and even visiting some I CALLED this dealership one night about 8pm/8:15pm. We had seen the car my son wanted online. I was told the people who handle phone inquiries left for the day and I could call back in the morning. I said I wanted to speak to a salesperson. The lady on the phone was very reluctant to get anyone on the phone to assist me. Finally Mark V. came on the phone. He was very short and tried to get me off the phone fast without really answering my question. I wanted to know before I took the day off work and drove to NJ from Pennsylvania if they had the car they advertised online available and would it be available for the price advertised. After I hung up my husband decided we would take the ride. Mark V did call me the next day to see if I was coming in and I told him I was on my way. We arrived-saw the car and decided to negotiate price. We explained that we would not need financing more than once! After we agreed on a price and the contract was drawn up we arranged to come back to pick the vehicle up because we hadn't received the draft from the bank yet (they Fed Ex it so you get it quickly)Before we could leave the dealership Mark V. told us his finance guy wanted to say hi. So we went over and he tried to convince us to see if they could beat the deal our bank was giving us. I got nasty because I thought I had made myself clear numerous times during our several hours at the dealership that I was not interested in their financing.This was Wednesday. We actually came home to the check being here so we called and said we would pick the vehicle up sooner. Mark V wanted my husband and son to return the next day but my husband couldn't miss work again so they went back to the dealership Friday with the check and instructions for the dealership from the bank. The dealership refused to give my husband and son the vehicle. They said they wanted to hold the check for 3 days to see if it cleared and then we could come back for the car. They said they didn't know if my husband and son were "going to take the vehicle, ship it to a foreign country and cancel the bank draft" YES THOSE WERE THEIR WORDS! I failed to mention at the time of purchase my son was ACTIVE DUTY in the US ARMY. Did they say this because my husband is Hispanic? I have no idea where they would get off saying something like this and accusing my husband and son of any deceitful intent! They bullied my son into filling out a finance application through Allied Bank while my husband was trying to call our bank. The people at the dealership refused to talk to our bank. My husband started getting loud and FINALLY the sales floor manager called and spoke to our bank. He came out after speaking to them and said "It is company policy to not give out vehicles until money is cleared" He said he would go with his gut and let them take the vehicle. My husband tried to get the application back from the financial officer before he ran my son's credit for a loan he didn't want or need but my husband was yelled at to get out of his office and then the financial officer took the application and ran out of his office. My husband only received a COPY of the application. They told him they shredded it. I THINK THEY ARE LIARS! If my son didn't want that car so bad I would have told them to go screw themselves and went elsewhere. We won't make that mistake again! I also have my son monitoring his credit to make sure these xxxxxxx' don't use his information for anything. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! More
