NIGHTMARE!!!! My experience at Jeep Parumus was great my sales person Rafael was great everything was great up until i left the dealer with my new car which i purch My experience at Jeep Parumus was great my sales person Rafael was great everything was great up until i left the dealer with my new car which i purchased in May 2017 it is now September and i have a suspended license and registration because they sent the incorrect VIN number to DMV i have been dealing with this issue for over 3 months every day they are "fixing" the issue and never do the customer service is terrible i had one of the managers Mark hang up the phone on me several times when I expressed my frustration the receptionist is also very rude and also hung up the phone on me several times these people only care about you when you are there spending your money after that they treat you terrible.. how does a professional mess up a VIN number. They always say they will return your call and NEVER do!!! i work customer service and this is just unacceptable you cannot tell a client you will follow up and never do i have literally had to call everyday for the past week they place me on hold for extended periods of time!!!! STAY AWAY from this place should have went to JEEP in NYC oh and another one Service manager Heather TERRIBLE promised me a call back several times i am still holding my breath still states she is taking care of it when this is an issue that can be electronically sent and it should not take 3 months!!! Im currently on hold for 17 mins this is unacceptable More

Liars and crooks! SCAM ALERT!!! My husband and I were interested in a low-mileage, low-priced lease for our smaller family car so we headed to Rt 4 Jeep to look at the SCAM ALERT!!! My husband and I were interested in a low-mileage, low-priced lease for our smaller family car so we headed to Rt 4 Jeep to look at the Renegade. We worked with Joe, who seemed very nice, and in no time we had a deal! We shook hands and waited excitedly for our new car! Half an hour of waiting later, Joe comes back and tells us all of their low-end Renegades had sold since we got there and we could take a higher end one for a higher price (surprise, surprise). So we headed out the door. Something didn't sit right with me, so about two hours later I called back and asked if they had any of the base Renegades in stock. The woman on the phone said she had four but she double checked and said they still had one. I explained what had happened in the morning and if they would still honor the deal on their remaining vehicle. She said she would call me right back (she didn't). So I call again, I get Ryan, a manager and he says he will call me right back (he didn't). I call yet AGAIN and I'm given James in Internet sales who is dripping with apologies as he explains that they have too many salesmen and managers and can't keep up with what cars are still available. It's all bull, really, considering later in the day we called and they "still had one".... So, buyer beware their slogan is a lie, they will not meet your financial needs and they are not always less. They lie and scam and give you their best "sleazy car salesman" to make you smile while they're screwing you! More
