Not only is the waiting area clean, comfortable (leather chairs, large TV and refreshments) they have an IT bar for you to plug your computer in and get work done while waiting. I couldn't believe how pleasant my visits went. My car started smoking last Saturday and I drove in hoping they could just check it out never expecting to have it repaired. Not only did they give me a loaner to get me in my way but they had the parts, repaired it and had it completed by 1. This has never happened to me ever!
