Unprofessional I showed up early on a Saturday morning. There weren't any customers and sales guys were casually chatting. I went back to the lady in the front and she got annoyed and went to someone that looked like the manager. He looked confused and asked me if I was here to buy a car. I said yes and I'm looking to test drive a Pacifica. After wasting 30 mins he told me they were too busy and to come back on a weekday. They clearly didn't want my business and they didn't get it. I spent 50k at another Chrysler dealership that will treat you like a human being. More
