It's always something I have been generally unhappy with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Recently, service adviser suggested coolant flush. He offered 15% off the service. I have been generally unhappy with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Recently, service adviser suggested coolant flush. He offered 15% off the service. I know it's still a premium price vs. a local mechanic. But I decided to do it anyway knowing some vehicles are temperamental .And now my jeep blows warm to cool air only. And It's the most frigid weather lately! The dealership sends me texts begging for business, and when i finally give it, they screw it up. Undoubtedly, the technician did not burp/bleed my system or fill it correctly. I work 5 days a week, leave my home at 6am and return home past 7pm. The last thing i want to do is spend time out of my weekend to go back. More
