Great Service Department! I recently brought my son's 2013 Dodge Dart to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. It was defective and I recently brought my son's 2013 Dodge Dart to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. It was defective and still under warranty. Well, Chrysler decided that they would void the warranty and not cover the $9,000 cost to replace the engine! This was absolutely crazy and was an arbitrary decision. They tried to claim that the car was not properly maintained even though I turned in the receipts for every oil change and work done on the car since it's purchase. Well, finally Chrysler reversed their decision and reinstated the warranty and after 2 months with the car sitting at the dealership, the engine was replaced. I can tell you for certain that if it were not for the service manager, Steve along with Paul and Dominic, this would not have been done. These guys were relentless and made sure that the right thing was done. I did not purchase the car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus but they treated me like I was their best customer! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone based on the way I was treated. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for helping me out with this. If it weren't for them the engine replacement would never have happened. 2 lessons learned: 1) Keep all your receipts and 2) Buy your next car or bring in your car for service at Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus!! John said it was priced a little low but they would honor the price. I put a deposit down and intended to buy the truck. Went in on Saturday to finalize the deal, discovered the right rear wheel badly damaged. How their 125 point check list missed this is beyond me. The GM said they would replace the wheel at my expense, can you imagine a dealer selling a certified preowned vehicle with 3 wheels? I said we can discuss but I want to test drive first, they told me no as the car was unsafe to drive. Tuesday they called and said the truck had extensive axle damage and they coundn't t sell it to me.. Apparently they were looking for a way out of the deal, a pretty crappy thing to do, they could have been honest and made me an offer buy sleazy tactics seem to be the way they operate. The truck is now back on line for sale. Please be aware if the truck had extensive damage they aren't disclosing it, my guess is they are just liars. The truck is a 2017 RAM 1500 Stock: HS549346R VIN: 1C6RR7GTXHS549346. If they wanted out they could have talked to me instead of employing sleaze tactics. On the telephone, I spoke to an internet associate who assured me that this deal was still on. The next day I went to the dealership and had them price out the advertised deal. At around 12 noon, M- (the manager) set forth the deal in detail to include a few additional fees and taxes. It came out to $6,974 + $94 a month. Still a good deal. At around 1:PM, when I asked to decipher M-‘s shorthand on the additional fees, he had crossed out the original deal and tried to push a new deal at a much higher price! At that point, V- was involved as well. When I requested that they honor the deal from one hour before V- refused. I then requested an explanation as to why they had changed the deal from only an hour before. V- and my salesperson went to discuss this with M-. They came back claiming that they suddenly could not find M- and they had no idea where he was. What?! What really happened is that they did not want to honor the advertised deal and then made some bogus story about by being able to find M-. This is called a bait and switch! More

THIS DEALER IS THE BIGGEST FRAUD EVER I bought a used CERTIFIED car to CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE PARAMUS (NJ) on Feb 06, 2018 with a down payment of almost 6 thousand dollars The buying process I bought a used CERTIFIED car to CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE PARAMUS (NJ) on Feb 06, 2018 with a down payment of almost 6 thousand dollars The buying process was nasty and the managers are criminals with a tide specialty (WARREN TALMO, MARK ARCUTI, JAY MURALI, and KAREEM RAPOSO)...The day I purchased the Dodge Durango I told them about the bad tires and they promise me they will look into it but even after the service manager told them that the tires were bad they told me that the tires passed the certification and when they gave me the certification papers for me to sign I wrote beside the tires that the tires were in bad condition and Manny Andujar without me looking scratch it and gave me all the paperwork.... A week after purchasing the car, the engine light goes on, the car starts shaking, the brakes didn't work well and a weird and nasty sound in the engine, so I took the car to Ramsey Dodge because I was closer to this dealer the car was certified by Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep dealer and was supposed to have a warranty bumper to bumper for the first 90 days (told by Manny Andujar-Finance Manager and Monah-Sales associate ) and Ramsey Dodge Service manager told me that '''the car HAD NO WARRANTY AT ALL''' and even gave me a report showing that and also told me to """better take the car where I bought it because it has too many bad issues and he was not going to touch such a piece of junk""", so I took the service manager’s advice and took the car to the Dodge PARAMUS dealer same day (Feb 15, 2018 at 10:30am), where I bought the car and after waiting in there for about one hour I go to the service manager and the Service Manager told me that he told the Sales Manager about all the issues and the Sales Manager (JAY MURALI) took the keys of the SUV so when I went and talk to him wondering why they don't even look for me to talk to me another Finance manager (KAREEM RAPOSO) came to the conversation and both told me that the finance company rejected my loan so he had to take the car and by the way my down payment too, so I told him that they will get a lawsuit for that and KAREEM RAPOSO (Finance Manager) laughed on my face and told me that they got good lawyers for that, so he didn't care at all….At the end, I had to get a lawyer for them to give my down payment back and I got it a week after (of course no payment for my week with the car rental)...When I got back to the dealer to pick up my down payment back from sales manager MARK ARCUTI, the guy throw the check at me, I guess because the poor miserable was behind a counter….STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS (CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE PARAMUS)...In this place, they sell cars in very poor condition as CERTIFIED CARS and NO WARRANTY AT ALL and when you get their scam they will come with something else to cover their FRAUD/crime taking your DOWN PAYMENT TOO….
