Carlos, who finalized my deal was warm, personable, and efficient. He didn't waste time and when another customer called who wanted his "time", he politely offered to call them back to ensure I got the attention I deserved and needed as we finalized paperwork. Carlos explained every sheet clearly and paused to see if I had any questions after each page. Being in "customer service" pausing to see if your "customer" has questions or needs something explained is vital to them feeling good about their service and overall purchase. More

But on the invoice there was a 2,700+ warranty fee in addition to the price. They played it down aa if thats how its structured, and that Id be receiving the details. 2. I never got it. Went in perrson and only got a declaration page from a middle eastern guy (murat) who had an attitude. I asked for the rest n he says that its all there and annoyed by my questioning. 3. Called the warranty co in FL. They said it's 8 pages and the Dealorship MUST provide it. 4 Called back for Manny who did the paperwork and left a message. He called and apologized and said he was emailing it to me right away. It didn't come. So I had to call him back and he said he'd resend. Never got it. 5. 3 business days go by, nothing. Naturally 5a Manny didn't bother to call me. 6 I called Jeep in Detroit. A nice and sympathetic lady helped. She called the warranty co who told her I only had a Power Train Warranty! She then called Manny who was not in. I believe that they never were selling a full warranty and practice deceptive and illegal practices. She will call him Monday but I am going to retain an Attorney and notify the press. Never buy from this sewar sales xxxx show! More

Great Service Department! I recently brought my son's 2013 Dodge Dart to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. It was defective and I recently brought my son's 2013 Dodge Dart to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus. It turned out that the car needed a new engine. It was defective and still under warranty. Well, Chrysler decided that they would void the warranty and not cover the $9,000 cost to replace the engine! This was absolutely crazy and was an arbitrary decision. They tried to claim that the car was not properly maintained even though I turned in the receipts for every oil change and work done on the car since it's purchase. Well, finally Chrysler reversed their decision and reinstated the warranty and after 2 months with the car sitting at the dealership, the engine was replaced. I can tell you for certain that if it were not for the service manager, Steve along with Paul and Dominic, this would not have been done. These guys were relentless and made sure that the right thing was done. I did not purchase the car from Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus but they treated me like I was their best customer! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone based on the way I was treated. I cannot thank these gentlemen enough for helping me out with this. If it weren't for them the engine replacement would never have happened. 2 lessons learned: 1) Keep all your receipts and 2) Buy your next car or bring in your car for service at Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus!! John said it was priced a little low but they would honor the price. I put a deposit down and intended to buy the truck. Went in on Saturday to finalize the deal, discovered the right rear wheel badly damaged. How their 125 point check list missed this is beyond me. The GM said they would replace the wheel at my expense, can you imagine a dealer selling a certified preowned vehicle with 3 wheels? I said we can discuss but I want to test drive first, they told me no as the car was unsafe to drive. Tuesday they called and said the truck had extensive axle damage and they coundn't t sell it to me.. Apparently they were looking for a way out of the deal, a pretty crappy thing to do, they could have been honest and made me an offer buy sleazy tactics seem to be the way they operate. The truck is now back on line for sale. Please be aware if the truck had extensive damage they aren't disclosing it, my guess is they are just liars. The truck is a 2017 RAM 1500 Stock: HS549346R VIN: 1C6RR7GTXHS549346. If they wanted out they could have talked to me instead of employing sleaze tactics. On the telephone, I spoke to an internet associate who assured me that this deal was still on. The next day I went to the dealership and had them price out the advertised deal. At around 12 noon, M- (the manager) set forth the deal in detail to include a few additional fees and taxes. It came out to $6,974 + $94 a month. Still a good deal. At around 1:PM, when I asked to decipher M-‘s shorthand on the additional fees, he had crossed out the original deal and tried to push a new deal at a much higher price! At that point, V- was involved as well. When I requested that they honor the deal from one hour before V- refused. I then requested an explanation as to why they had changed the deal from only an hour before. V- and my salesperson went to discuss this with M-. They came back claiming that they suddenly could not find M- and they had no idea where he was. What?! What really happened is that they did not want to honor the advertised deal and then made some bogus story about by being able to find M-. This is called a bait and switch! More
