Top notch dealership that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire purchase process. Nick Dutto was a knowledgeable Sales Rep and real pleasure to work with. Horrible customer service. Doesn't honor extended warranty contracts. Will try to bleed every dollar out of you. I have a MaxCare extended warranty for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Doesn't honor extended warranty contracts. Will try to bleed every dollar out of you. I have a MaxCare extended warranty for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler which is 8 year 75,000 and has a $200 deductible per visit. When I arrived for my appointment I told my service advisor, James Chalmers, the three issues I had. All of these items are covered under my warranty. At the time he told me that there would be a 2 hour labor charge for a diagnostic charge at $215/hr. I questioned that charge due to the fact that the warranty states that diagnostic charges are covered IF the components that were diagnosed bad are covered under the warranty. Mr Chalmers told me that Max Care no longer pays diagnostic charges so that is why I need to pay for it BUT my warranty contract states "DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES: You may be asked to authorize disassembly and/or diagnostics at the time your Vehicle repair order is written". So while I disagreed with him I signed the paperwork he provided me and left my car there figuring this would be cleared up with the warranty company. Mr Chalmers called me to tell me that my car was ready four days later and all three items had been fixed and were covered by my warranty. Then he told me my bill was over $671. I questioned that since I'm just supposed to pay a $200 deductible. He told me that the additional charge was the 2 hours of diagnostic time. I argued that I shouldn't have to pay that since the repairs were covered under warranty. I called the warranty company and explained the situation. The woman I spoke to said that if the repairs were covered I am only responsible for the $200 deductible and they pay the dealer all diagnostic charges plus the repairs. She told me not to pay for the 2 hours because it is covered. I went to get my car with my warranty paperwork in hand. I was told they don't do that anymore. I have a contract that states they do and my contract is still valid. My contract is clear as to what I'm supposed to pay. Then another person who I believe is Alex Vargas got up out of his seat to come and tell me that MaxCare doesn't cover diag fees anymore and I told him the same thing that I told James. After going back and forth with both of them they basically told me I wasn't getting my car until I paid the bill. So I went to the cashier and paid so I could leave with my car. I disputed the charges above the $200 deductible with my credit card company. Then the service manager lied in his statement to the credit card company saying that my warranty does not cover diagnostic charges when it clearly states that it does. On top of the warranty issue, when they reassembled the dashboard, they did not reconnect my Sirius antenna to my radio and plugged the key remote antenna into the wrong place. So my Sirius didn't work and my remote controls only worked from 5 feet away from my car. I needed to disassemble the dashboard and reconnect the wires. They also failed to re-run my dashcam power wire or my microphone for my cell phone instead just leaving them hanging from the windshield. Needless to say, I will never use this dealership again and I will dissuade anyone I know from ever using it. After my situation I checked out their Google and Yelp reviews and found out that this money grab is a common occurrence there and I'm not the only one to complain about it. More
I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer from out of state. They told me that they would be able to register the jeep within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called to find out the status. Did no from out of state. They told me that they would be able to register the jeep within 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I called to find out the status. Did not get any clear explanation. Later I got a text and an email telling me I needed to take the car in for a VIN verification. This should have been told to me at the time of purchase. My temp plate expired after 30 days (NJ doesn't issue temp plate renewals) which left me without a vehicle to drive. It seemed that once I bought the jeep, no one at the dealership took responsibility for following up with the registration paperwork. It took a total of 45 days to finally get my registration and plates. More
Service department is terrible. Went to get a headlight bulb changed. They tried to charge me 215.00. Advisor stated that it hard to change. That the number had to be removed. Horrible experience! If I could give zero stars that would still be too many stars! My car would not start, so I had it towed to the dealership. They told me it would fi If I could give zero stars that would still be too many stars! My car would not start, so I had it towed to the dealership. They told me it would first require a 2 hour diagnostic that would cost me over $400. I didn't know otherwise so i said yes. They called me 4 hours later and told me that i needed 2 batteries for $989 and then a throttle body and emission service for an additional $658. I told them that they serviced my car in December and already had that service done and they claimed i needed it again. What a scam and rip off. I found a battery for $200 elsewhere and went to get my car, they would only release it after i paid the diagnostic fee and now i am out $478 and got ZERO for my experience! I am never going to this dealer again and i would recommend that everyone else STAY FAR AWAY! They will only take you money and not provide you with any worthwhile service! More

I purchased a Grand Cherokee used with 13K miles at this dealership. Perfect condition. After 18 months I noticed there were spots on the edge of the hood where the paint was bubbling. A google search re dealership. Perfect condition. After 18 months I noticed there were spots on the edge of the hood where the paint was bubbling. A google search revealed this to be a common problem. I called the Chrysler/Jeep main customer service number and they created a warranty ticket. They said take it back to the dealership for "diagnosis and images". The xxxxxxx head service manager told me that I needed to keep the vehicle in their body shop for 4 to 5 WEEKS in order for them to go through their "process". WHAT A SCAM! They will do anything to turn off a customer and avoid warranty work. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOYTHER JEEP AGAIN! More
