We ended up speaking with Ken who was very professional and courteous. Ken worked hard to go through the options we really wanted and helped locate some vehicles that he had on the lot. Once he confirmed he availability of the vehicles we set an appointment. We let Ken know that we had young children and that my wife was pregnant and that it was important to make this a fast transaction. I have bought and leased several vehicles in the past and dreaded spending all day at a dealership. Ken reassured us that the vehicles he had would meet our needs.
