Horrible service if you didn’t buy you Jeep from there If I could give them less than one star I would. I pulled in for an oil change and no where on their website does it say you need an appointment. If I could give them less than one star I would. I pulled in for an oil change and no where on their website does it say you need an appointment. Every other Jeep dealership has ‘walk-in’ oil change availability. The advisor asked if I had an appointment I said ‘no, but I’ve been trying to call for the last half hour to make sure I could just come in like everywhere else.’ He apologized for no one answering and said he would check if I could get just the oil change. He proceeded to return to my truck and said ‘did you buy the Jeep here?’ I said no I did not, he responded with ‘then I’m not able to accommodate you, had you got it here I would be able to squeeze you in, but you’ll have to make an appointment.’ Okay. Point taken. And I will never do business there if that’s how you’ll treat possible new customers. Had I bought the car there that conversation would have went very different, but since I didn’t I can basically be treated differently. At 8:23 in the morning on a Saturday for something that takes from start to finish 10-20 minutes. More

Worst dealership in NJ. Victor is a crook Absolutely horrendous. Completely lied to my face about a price. Told me to come back in a week in order to apply the special discount coupons that we Absolutely horrendous. Completely lied to my face about a price. Told me to come back in a week in order to apply the special discount coupons that were coming in , and the price tripled. Took a picture on my phone of the actual paper that victor wrote up and they had nothing to say about it. Acted like he never wrote it. Why write up a price that you can’t honor? Wasted a week of my time with their lies. As a returning customer I thought they would help me out. They're absolute crooks. Don't understand how you can be that dishonest while being at such a high traffic location. I'm fine with not getting the price I want, but they lied to my face and told me I was wrong. When I called victor out for lying his face got bright red and he ran like an absolute coward for his manager to clean up his mess. Absolute criminal xxxxxxxx. They essentially lost out on 3 cars, because my father and sister all bought cars from the dealership I went to next. So you clowns lost 3 sales for being dishonest. I understand that my business is a small drop of water in a sea of sales, but at least be honest. I’m telling everyone that’ll listen to stay away from this snake pit. Best part is this guy Dean commented on one of my prior messages for me to email him to see if he could correct the mistake. I emailed him, and he never responded. Typical for this place I guess.
