Worst dealership in NJ. Victor is a crook Absolutely horrendous. Completely lied to my face about a price. Took a picture on my phone of the actual paper that victor wrote up and they had nothing to say about it. Acted like he never wrote it. Why write up a price that you can’t honor? Wasted a week of my time with their lies. As a returning customer I thought they would help me out. They're absolute crooks. Don't understand how you can be that dishonest while being at such a high traffic location. I'm fine with not getting the price I want, but they lied to my face and told me I was wrong. When I called victor out for lying his face got bright red and he ran like an absolute coward for his manager to clean up his mess. Absolute criminal xxxxxxxx. They essentially lost out on 3 cars, because my father and sister all bought cars from the dealership I went to next. So you clowns lost 3 sales for being dishonest. I understand that my business is a small drop of water in a sea of sales, but at least be honest. I’m telling everyone that’ll listen to stay away from this snake pit. Best part is this guy Dean commented on one of my prior messages for me to email him to see if he could correct the mistake. I emailed him, and he never responded. Typical for this place I guess. Poor Service Department I wish I could give less than a star. I dropped my jeep wrangler off at this Paramus jeep dealership for service on September 18, 2018 because my 2016 I wish I could give less than a star. I dropped my jeep wrangler off at this Paramus jeep dealership for service on September 18, 2018 because my 2016 wrangler check engine light was on. I specifically dropped it off that day because I would be away for a week so they would have plenty of time to repair without giving me a loaner. After less than 10 miles of driving the truck the light came back on. I would now need a loaner due to the fact that I had work once I was back and they did NOT fix the issue. I spent over a weeks calling requesting to get the issue resolved that should had been resolved over a week prior but needed a loaner. After a week of no getting return calls from the service advisor, Alex Vargas, I asked to speak to the service manager, Steve Bradt, again two calls without returns finally called a third time and reached Steve. After explaining the situation I was told by this service MANAGER “I do not need to service you”. And “would you return a phone call from a customer like you.” I have tried to contact the general manager also never received a return call from him. All I can say is I am not one to ever write a review unless its a positive review. But after being treated so poorly by this service department I would like to save others from being treated in this manner. More
