Great Guy I went to this dealership and Tim has been my sales person for over 6 years and he is the best he usually does all the paper work for my cars but the I went to this dealership and Tim has been my sales person for over 6 years and he is the best he usually does all the paper work for my cars but the dealership sucks they stole Tim's commission and gave it to some random guy knowing that Tim is our sales person if you are buying a car I would not recommend the dealership but if it is a last resort definitely request Tim he is the best and the sweetest there. RIP off Took our 2018 jeep wrangler in for only an oil change, nothing more. Was charged $247 after our $55 service contract was deducted. On the bill it has no charge for hazardous waste material then at the end of the bill is a misc charge for $68 when I asked what that was for Mike said oil disposal, wth. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE. I pulled in for an oil change and no where on their website does it say you need an appointment. Every other Jeep dealership has ‘walk-in’ oil change availability. The advisor asked if I had an appointment I said ‘no, but I’ve been trying to call for the last half hour to make sure I could just come in like everywhere else.’ He apologized for no one answering and said he would check if I could get just the oil change. He proceeded to return to my truck and said ‘did you buy the Jeep here?’ I said no I did not, he responded with ‘then I’m not able to accommodate you, had you got it here I would be able to squeeze you in, but you’ll have to make an appointment.’ Okay. Point taken. And I will never do business there if that’s how you’ll treat possible new customers. Had I bought the car there that conversation would have went very different, but since I didn’t I can basically be treated differently. At 8:23 in the morning on a Saturday for something that takes from start to finish 10-20 minutes. More
