I went in for a brake service after making an appointment and confirming that I was going to wait for the car. The service took 9 hours and $1,400 for replacement of rear rotors, resurface of front rotors, front and back pads and miscellaneous charge for disposal and brake fluid. The service advisor had quoted $800 and then came back with $1,400 total cost. I should have read the reviews previous to taking my car to this dealer. Go to elsewhere.... More

On the bill it has no charge for hazardous waste material then at the end of the bill is a misc charge for $68 when I asked what that was for Mike said oil disposal, wth. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE.
