Too long wait for oil change I have had service on my jeep since I purchased it in 2016. Each time I go they “talk me into” so many mile check up in addition to oil change. I always do as recommended but it costs hundreds of dollars. Each time my wait in at least two hours. Once it was FOUR HOURS! And if I didn’t say something I would have sat there longer. This time I just wanted an oil change and to check a tire. I declined other service. Not only was I half hour earlier than my appointment but was told it would be 90 minutes tops. Two hours later still waiting. Car was not ready for almost another hour. I had to make a fuss with the service manager. Will not take it there again More
