Awful dealership Only rated this dealership a 1 because there was not a 0 !!!! Our son bought a pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Salesman Ralph helped us with the sales Only rated this dealership a 1 because there was not a 0 !!!! Our son bought a pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Salesman Ralph helped us with the sales process. Once we picked up the car, than this horror show started !!! 1. The car was delivered to us with only one key. When asked for a second key (isn't that standard ?) we were told we had to come back to the dealership on a specified date because the "key guy" only was there once a week. No big deal, whats one more trip to the dealership. 2.. The vehicle came with wheel locks. But the car did not come with a key to the locks. Again, had to go back to the dealership to pick them up 3. And here's the icing on the cake ..... by week 3, the car had to be jump started 3 times !! By the 3rd time, we had to have AAA jump the car so we could drive it directly to the dealership. While we were heading to the dealership, we tried calling Ralph 4 times. He never picked up or returned our calls (we ere told each time he was busy with another customer). When we got to the dealership and brought the car into service, we were informed that both (?) batteries were dead and it would cost us $800 to replace. Needless to say, this did not make us happy. We went into the dealership to hopefully speak to the salesman (Ralph) or sales manager about making this right. Ralph never took the time to come out and talk to us. The sales manager, Milton, came out to tell us THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN OR WOULD DO SINCE THE BATTERY IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. This was 3 Weeks after buying the car which was "certified - pre-owned" We are well aware warranty's are written in such a way to protect a dealership, but 3 WEEKS ????!!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ETHICS DO THESE GUYS WORK WITH ???? We sincerely hope that prospective customers for Chrysler, Jeep, or Doge products read this review, and save yourselves the aggravation we lived through STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! They don't deserve your business More

Service is ridiculous Service allegedly fixed my Challenger under warranty, then the car broke down again (with less than 10K miles on it, under a year old). When I brought Service allegedly fixed my Challenger under warranty, then the car broke down again (with less than 10K miles on it, under a year old). When I brought it back they insisted that I ran something over that damaged the car and wanted over $2K to fix it. After submitting an insurance claim and having it repaired at another Dodge dealership, the car still runs out of gas! Lemon law is made because of garbage cars like this and even slimier dealerships... More
Misleading sale. BEWARE! My girlfriend and I came into this dealership Labor Day weekend as we were in the area and thought we'd see if there were any holiday weekend BEWARE! My girlfriend and I came into this dealership Labor Day weekend as we were in the area and thought we'd see if there were any holiday weekend deals as I was nearing the end of my Jeep lease. I walked out of there thinking my old lease was taken care of with no surprises as discussed with the salesman. They had me believing I walked out of there with a great deal, or so I thought. Two months later I get a bill from my old lease asking for $1,000 that I owe for wear and tear. When negotiating with the salesman I was under the impression that all was taken care of as at Rt 46 Jeep they've always taken care of this. My mistake for changing dealerships. When asking this dealership to please pay the $1000 bill I received they told me they do not take care of wear and tear and "do not like to discuss it with the customer" as they do not want to be responsible. If they do not take care of wear and tear then they should have gave me a walk through and said "by the way, you may get additional charges that we will not cover" instead of having me leave believing all was paid and will be taken care of. Very shady. My mistake for not getting that in writing but lesson learned. Will never be going back to this dealership again. More
