I bought a Car on Jan 1 2021, good service while I was there ... It is now Feb 20 , Temp plates expired 01/31 and I cant drive my vehicle because I don't have plates I called them a week ago to ask where there ... It is now Feb 20 , Temp plates expired 01/31 and I cant drive my vehicle because I don't have plates I called them a week ago to ask where my plates are They said they needed a Scannable insurance card ( which i sent right over ), I asked why no one called me to tell me that? I was told the salesperson or the finance should have, well they didn't and here I am 7 weeks later my paperwork obviously sat on someone desk for 6 weeks . Here I am a week later no plates and no answers all they say is I will check on it and get back to you and they don't ....................Beware Also James tried to charge me 1K for some made up fee that includes the second car key. I said NO when we were leaving he snuck us the second and said don't say anything to anyone. What the xxxx is that??!!! More
