WITHOUT A DOUBT, MOST DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. 3 WEEKS FOR A TRANS REPAIR. 1 PHONE CALL. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I SUSPECT PART OF MY PROBLEM HAD TO DO WITH R DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. 3 WEEKS FOR A TRANS REPAIR. 1 PHONE CALL. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I SUSPECT PART OF MY PROBLEM HAD TO DO WITH RETALIATION BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A SHUTTLE THAT WAS PROMISED BACK TO MY HOME AND WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO WHICH I ASKED, WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE A SHUTTLE AND NEVER HAVE IT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS ? 3 DAYS FOR A DIAGNOSIS ON MY TRANSMISSION AND ANOTHER 17 DAYS BEFORE I FINALLY GOT MY CAR BACK. I WAS TOLD THAT MOPAR WAS DEMANDING DIGITAL PICS OF THE VALVE BODY THAT WAS STILL IN MY TRANSMISSION BECAUSE THE WORK HAD NOT YET STARTED ON MY CHEROKEE. HOW DO YOU TAKE A PIC OF A VALVE BODY THAT IS STILL IN THE TRANSMISSION BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT START WORK UNTIL THEY GOT APPROVAL FROM MOPAR? GO FIGURE. IT DOESN'T ADD UP. STAY AWAY FROM A BUNCH OF VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THE SERVICE DEPT. ALEX VARGAS WAS THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO, BUT HE WAS TAKING THE HEAT FOR CORREA. I TOLD MR. VARGAS THAT AT THE LEAST, THE SERVICE DEPT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLING ME PERIODICALLY EVERY 2 OR 3 DAYS TO UPDATE ME ON THE STATUS OF MY VEHICLE. WE MADE 5 PHONE CALLS DURING THIS ORDEAL AND MR. CORREA MADE 1. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND WILL BE SURE TO WARN MY LOVED ONES TO STAY AWAY. I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS BEEN TORTURED THIS WAY. More

For a dealer that supposedly prides themselves in customer service and calls themselves the deal maker my experience was horrible. Honestly the sales person is Unprofessional and rude. At the end I felt like he was a con and only cared about the money it was very blatant he Will Ignore you once the papers are about to be signed sat for 3 hrs waiting for the truck the next day and never once even looked at me and it was an appointment. Never updated me at all. When I went to get the plates nobody even puts them on. Leased 2 vechicles the same day. Will never use this dealer again. It’s pretty obvious customer satisfaction is not high on there priority list More
