This was my first time coming to this dealership. Came for a check engine light. Quincy was my service advisor. After checking the codes he explained what they might find and the costs involved. Victor Neda and the service team were great examples of what a service experience should be like. I had originally gone to a different CDJR service department because they were across the street from where what a service experience should be like. I had originally gone to a different CDJR service department because they were across the street from where I worked. After over a week where the other dealer didn't even assign my car to a tech I called Woodstock. Victor was able to get me scheduled in the next day, had it assigned to a tech the same day, and the process started as quickly as possible. Victor keep me in the loop regularly as we went through a more complicated than expected repair process. I picked up the Pacifica today and can't find a bad thing to say about my experience with Woodstock CDJR and Victor. More
