Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock - Service Center

The problem with my night vision sensor was overlooked when the car was serviced, the car was in a small fender bender the day after it was picked up from being serviced at your dealership, the body shop when the car was serviced, the car was in a small fender bender the day after it was picked up from being serviced at your dealership, the body shop removed the bumper for painting and was blamed for the sensor issue but the fact is that I had gotten 2 alerts that the sensor wasn't working prior to the service, the service advisor was unprofessional and hung up on me when I argued the matter with him, I was later contacted by a supervisor to find out why I left a bad review, she said she would talk to the advisor and handle the matter but I never heard back from her either. The first time my car was serviced there it had a vibration in the tires at 72 mph that it didn't have before they rotated and balanced them, it is very unlikely that I will ever bring the car back there and will definately share my experience with exeryone I know. More

Asked for windshield fluid the last 2 times the oil was changed and haven’t gotten it yet. Was told it was part of the check. Auto butler was down and I wasn’t told. They did a terrible job by hand. Received a scratch on the car while it was there. Never return calls. Nothing but issues every time. Was sold a premiere service per finance that the dealership can’t provide with the auto butler. Always down and the cars are not cleaned throughly. This is a dealership that doesn’t follow through with what they sell. Would never recommend. More
