I have been to quite a few dealerships over the years and always been let down. Honestly left a bad taste but the team Woodstock Ram changed that. My service advisor Joshua kept me in the loop during my repair and had no problem providing a loaner vehicle when an issue came about keeping the vehicle till the an extra day.Even though I wasn’t spending big time money. I will say my future truck purchase and maintenance will be done only at Woodstock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!! More
I’m very disappointed. No one takes my concerns seriously in maintenance. I was there in April because I had been pulled over by police for not having working tail lights. I was told by your employees that of course my tail lights work and that the police had likely lied to me as to why I was stopped. And when I was at the dealership last month, I learned that there was a recall because the tail lights don’t always work. Hmm. I told you that in April. I was treated like a dumb woman. I have also expressed concerns about the automatic emergency braking system and the Apple car play not working correctly. I’ve been minimized and dismissed again. I wish I had bought a suburban. More
Very bad experience: 3. 5 weeks to get my Pacifica back. No loaner ever offered. Had to call my warranty company 4 times while in dealership possession, because dealership ca 5 weeks to get my Pacifica back. No loaner ever offered. Had to call my warranty company 4 times while in dealership possession, because dealership can't seem to do/tolerate this part of their job. Dealership does not return phone calls. 5 days after they "completed" my repair, I had to go in because they wouldn't call me to inform me it was complete. Told me it it's been done for 5 days, but because they hadn't gotten paid yet from warranty company, they can't release it. When I contacted warranty company (yet again) while at the service desk, they said dealership never submitted the pmt request, and dealership wouldn't show me proof that they did. When I finally got my vehicle back, one of the repairs was clearly done wrong and I had to bring it back for several more days. Hard to imagine how this experience could have been worse. Definitely unlike any dealership experience I've ever had in 25 years on the road. More
