No followup once recall work completed. I had to call for status. Once I turn down the suggest it repairs. They were very quick and trying to get me off the phone and out of their shop. I wouldn't recommend Larry and his service team if they offered to do everything for free! Larry is HANDS DOWN the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He's rude, condescending, and has ZERO peopl offered to do everything for free! Larry is HANDS DOWN the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He's rude, condescending, and has ZERO people skills. They charged me 2k for work they said would fix my issue, but it didn't. They guaranteed me the problem would be resolved. Well, here we are after 3 more trips to the dealer and now they want to charge me 8k for a new transmission, LOL. They refuse to own up to their mistakes, and to top it all off, Larry said I was acting like a 3 year old because I didn't get my way. Yes folks, he really said that, although I doubt he would ever admit it. This place, and especially Larry, is a joke. More
