When I was presented with the recommendations for my vehicle, the amounts did not include labor nor did they say anything about “plus labor”. My service advisor did not mention anything about it either vehicle, the amounts did not include labor nor did they say anything about “plus labor”. My service advisor did not mention anything about it either. It was quit a difference from the ~$464 quote to the ~$1,100 bill. This was my second visit to this dealership and between the service and the lack of communication I will be driving back up to the canton dealership going forward. More

Parts department too lazy to call surrounding other dealerships,to see if parts are in stock instead of waiting on backlog manifolds.
