I was happy to see a Chrysler dealership open closer to my home. When I bought my 2005 Town & Country I could walk to the dealership. Now this place is only a couple of miles down the road. Everyone has be my home. When I bought my 2005 Town & Country I could walk to the dealership. Now this place is only a couple of miles down the road. Checked in w/first person and then waited 20 min or more for next person to ask questions about service I wanted. Overall time for oil change was about a hour and 20 minutes which wasn’t bad but I think so for next person to ask questions about service I wanted. Maybe this was because it was my first time to your dealership. Will give you guys another chance before making final decision. More

I’ve never dealt with a worse service department in my life. Nobody knows what is going on. Service adviser has zero communication skills. Doesn’t let you know what is going on till the end of the day by life. Nobody knows what is going on. Service adviser has zero communication skills. Doesn’t let you know what is going on till the end of the day by telling you he has to keep it another day. It’s difficult to have someone on standby to drive you to the dealership when they don’t keep you informed. Was told it needed a sensor. $680. Part ordered. Paid. Brought vehicle back the next week. Sensor added. Picked up vehicle. Still messed up. Brought vehicle back to check it out. Service advisor says “I don’t know what to say but I’ll have someone drive it” all day no communication. 4:30 pm I asked what was the word regarding my Jeep. Answer “no word”. I guess they need it another day. Next day get a call at noon. Another sensor needs replaced. Another $680. Not sure what is going here. The service manager seemed to defend the service advisor so apparently it’s just how things are done at Woodstock CDJR. I’ll won’t be back for sure. You’ve been warned. In fact was thinking about getting a Grand Wagoneer. I’m afraid I won’t even buy another Chrysler from anywhere with this service experience. Also, this was the third time here and none of experiences were good enough to come back. More
