I went to this dealer as a result of my usual dealership did not have an available appointment time for 10 days. Woodstock CDJR service people are the nicest to deal with. My 2021 Jeep Wrangler has an issue with the radio and the dealership claims that they cannot fix it. I have had to take it in 3 times and leave it for multiple days each time. They claimed that they could no dealership claims that they cannot fix it. I have had to take it in 3 times and leave it for multiple days each time. They claimed that they could not replicate the issue even though it has done it for me a 1/4 mile down the road after leaving each time. I sent them a video and they said there is not an update to fix the problem. If a vehicle is under warranty, I would expect the dealership to do whatever they need to to fix the issue, which would be replacing the head unit. More
