My 2021 Jeep Wrangler has an issue with the radio and the dealership claims that they cannot fix it. I have had to take it in 3 times and leave it for multiple days each time. They claimed that they could no dealership claims that they cannot fix it. I have had to take it in 3 times and leave it for multiple days each time. They claimed that they could not replicate the issue even though it has done it for me a 1/4 mile down the road after leaving each time. I sent them a video and they said there is not an update to fix the problem. If a vehicle is under warranty, I would expect the dealership to do whatever they need to to fix the issue, which would be replacing the head unit. More

When I have made appointments with other dealerships, my appointment to have my vehicle repaired means my vehicle is repaired at the time of my arrival. And not be told that it would be four hours until som appointment to have my vehicle repaired means my vehicle is repaired at the time of my arrival. And not be told that it would be four hours until someone could get to my vehicle. The customer waiting area is accommodating. And the staff was courteous. I do appreciate that my vehicle was checked. I am still concerned that no issue was found, which is the reason for me taking the van in the beginning. More
