I had an issue with service and was told the service manager would get back with me. I’ve heard nothing so I’ve called, left messages, even emailed the gm and service manager and no one will respond. I went to this dealer as a result of my usual dealership did not have an available appointment time for 10 days. Woodstock CDJR service people are the nicest to deal with. They listen to me and answer all m did not have an available appointment time for 10 days. Woodstock CDJR service people are the nicest to deal with. They listen to me and answer all my questions. Clean, new and uncrowded facility. I will be returning to them as needed in the future. More
