We were having weird problems with my wife's van as she drove around. Such as high rpm and not going very fast 35 to 40 mph and yet the transmission was NOT in lockdown mode as the problems only occured ev drove around. Such as high rpm and not going very fast 35 to 40 mph and yet the transmission was NOT in lockdown mode as the problems only occured every so often. Shop diagnosis was a total replacement of the transmission. Very expensive repair. More

Not the dealer’s fault, but Chrysler’s new policy re: emailing for approval on “Lifetime Warranty” (and inability to talk with a live person” resulted in me waiting almost a week, not hearing anything ba emailing for approval on “Lifetime Warranty” (and inability to talk with a live person” resulted in me waiting almost a week, not hearing anything back, and having to leave without my repair.
