After a VERY lengthy process, we signed a deal. While we waited (which was forever) to get to finance they were supposed to be cleaning up the vehicle and handling a few things we pointed out. They While we waited (which was forever) to get to finance they were supposed to be cleaning up the vehicle and handling a few things we pointed out. They bring the keys and nothing has been done. The salesman says, “I will detail and fill it up with gas if you bring it back and give you a loaner so you don’t have to sit here. He’s conveniently gone for the month and it was hard enough to get them to just detail when we went back much less a tank of gas or a loaner. Kelly promptly called me and arranged a full tank of gas. Thank you for your response Kelly and it is appreciated. More
