my car came to Woodstock Jeep Ram with a starting issue on Wednesday August 25th about 5pm I knew no one was there but they would work on it Thursday they did a Diagnostic check on it and could not find an on Wednesday August 25th about 5pm I knew no one was there but they would work on it Thursday they did a Diagnostic check on it and could not find anything. In the meantime i started calling service department and spoke to Quincy about my vehicle he said they have not found anything yet. After that call there was no more communication the rest of the day I called 5 times twice I left a message once I spoke to a lady who said he was in the shop 6 minutes 35 seconds ONHOLD she never came back and Quincy never called back. And all i wanted to know where my seeing glasses in my truck NO CALL BACK !!!! finally the next day Friday the 27th about 10:00 AM I received a call stating my vehicle was ready I ask what the problem was and he said they put a new battery in it for $538.00 WOW!! 2 years old and 57,000 miles I'm not buying that the battery was the root cause of my problem. I said to Quincy when i arrived that i was not happy and he showed me where to pay for my service. this is not my first time there Victor who has taken care of me in the past is absolutely wonderful and communicates with the customer and there needs. Maybe Quincy was having a bad day!! All I wanted was my glasses!! go figure. Moral of the story don't leave anythng in your vehcile you don't know when you will SEE what you left behind!!
