Turnover of service advisors is a little annoying. Get repore with an advisor that understands your situation, only to go in a couple months later and see completely different faces. I assumed that the car would not have this many problems after being inspected before purchasing, but I’ve taken it to the dealership 3 times since buying it in early December. Now I have to take it to Honda because the issue I took it in for is still a problem. Again, the service department was great but I’m disappointed in getting a car with this many issues. More
