I had taken my Jeep to another dealership in the area and they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I c they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I called Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock and they got me in the next day and had my Jeep for 5 days and so far fixed the issue. I will be taking my Jeep and Dodge here from now on. More
The Service Dept is excellent. They keep me update with all service needs & recalls. Very nice waiting room. Friendly staff too. Everyone makes eye contact even when saying hi. Other dealership (E.V.) either do not return vehicles without forgetting to put parts back in or are very pushy and try to upsell everything such as replacing a fuel filter on an electric vehicle. CDJR of Woodstock is great for Service & i'm here to stay. More

Tyler Smith was very considerate to my circumstance. I came there to get a new key fob programmed for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. Found out the code has been programmed the limit of 8 times and I c I came there to get a new key fob programmed for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. Found out the code has been programmed the limit of 8 times and I cannot get another key unless we wipe the code and I would then have to buy two more keys plus pay to program them. I’ll hold my opinion! I knew I was liable for the initial tech time and asked to just leave everything as is for now. He graciously did not charge me for the tech time! For that I am very grateful! More
