I understand how frustrating intermittent issues like this can be, and I want to assure you that our team has been doing everything possible to diagnose the clicking noise you’ve described. Unfortunately, since the noise has not occurred during our inspections, it makes pinpointing the exact cause and implementing a fix challenging. To move forward, I would like to invite you to bring your van back and leave it with us for a full day. This will allow our shop foreman to spend additional time investigating the issue thoroughly. After 4 days of zero diagnosis, I picked the van up and as the technician pulled it around out in front of the service area I got inside and immediately heard the ticking sound from the front dash. I informed the service advisor and she promptly brought out a technician to diagnose the issue. He readily diagnosed the issue within the first minute of hearing it. Blend door/mode door has a flap repeatedly opening. The service advisor took down the notes regarding the diagnosis and saved it in my file. I returned the van roughly a week later for the repair only to find it sat for 5 days with nothing done and an excuse that you could not repeat the issue. I have no issues bringing it back to your service department for the correct servicing. I simply cannot be without the van for any notable length of time as we have three children and it is our people hauler. My van has been with you for this repair already for 9 days previously with nothing done. I will bring it back in if you would offer a reasonable size loaner vehicle. Your service advisor never called me back when I asked this weeks ago…

And that is all you will ever see. You were VERY lucky to get a second chance. You all managed to mess that up too! VERY disappointed in your service. You aren’t worth any more time spent here, and we all know the only 5 star reviews you get you ask for. Stop asking. Your dealership isn’t worth 1 star. Can’t wait to see it turn into a Rent a Truck place. Anyone reading this take note, remember this generic response. This is how you are treated here. You are a number, and that is all. There is no service. There is no care. They do not value your business.

So, upon you guys telling me my vehicle is ready I’d like before and after videos along with shop videos of actual technicians doing a tire rotation on my vehicle.
