Kai, the dealer was as proficient as a dealer could be. He was neither condescending or gloating. He handled our situation with a pure heart. Jacob the fianancier’ was very proficient and understanding. He worked with us on all levels never being condescending or impatient or making us feel less then him. by far the worse Jeep dealership the service reps will not communicate. I have taken my jeep grand Cherokee to this dealership three times. still will not communicate. Today the service rep said my jeep not communicate. I have taken my jeep grand Cherokee to this dealership three times. still will not communicate. Today the service rep said my jeep was in back being worked on. only to find out at end of day my jeep was still on lot and has not been looked at by any techs. Again will not communicate, respond, I have had three jeeps. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Today Saturday the 24th the service manager was to reach out in reference to a loaner.
