Great service from Jim who really helped us out and was patient with us and our questions. The only thing that almost made this into a 4 star review is that we had to wait for almost an hour to officially patient with us and our questions. The only thing that almost made this into a 4 star review is that we had to wait for almost an hour to officially sign the paperwork with the finance guy, even though we arrived at the exact time we were expected. It has been nice dealership to deal with. People are friendly and responsive. The dealer looks quite nicer. Nonetheless, we took our minivan for recall 2 weeks ago for stop & Go issue…few day People are friendly and responsive. The dealer looks quite nicer. Nonetheless, we took our minivan for recall 2 weeks ago for stop & Go issue…few days ago the stop & Go came out again, the battery main died too & later the tow truck took to them. At the end the dealership service department let me know that they could not waive a diagnostic $170 fee because they were open recalls, even though the stop & go issue came out again…I think that was not fair! More
