Everyone is nice . However! The recall job is still not done. The first part of the recall was taken care of but another part had to be ordered. I was told it’d be ab However! I replied to one of these surveys that I had not yet heard from anyone. Miraculously I got called 2 days later. I took the car and did a night drop . This was suggested so I could be the first 7:00 AM appt in the morning. FINALLY at 2:30 pm I got a call. I was told the wrong part was ordered and to come get the car. Really?! It took 7.5 hours to “discover” it was the wrong part? Come ON! I’m not impressed. More
