As a first time car buyer, I really appreciated Justin and was very impressed with how Justin and the rest of the team were willing to work with me to get thing exactly as I wanted them (e.g. replacing installed after-market brake controller with factory brake controller after I raised concerns). He handled getting my 1500’s bed coated, a factory trailer brake controller installed, wheel well covers installed, and a new rear bumper since the truck had some lot damage. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better service trip. I’ve already told others how awesome Justin and the service department are and will continue to do so. Thanks Justin! The dealership was very nice, most of the staff was pleasant and helpful. I only needed a diagnostic. Never intended to get my Jeep repaired here because it was under warranty somewhere else. Once I said I wasn’t getting my car repaired here I was treated very rudely. I asked for a print out of my diagnostic. The woman checking me out said they don’t provide that only the receipt for the $192 and the link of the video which was expired as soon as I walked out the door. Derek was also very rude. He refused to speak to me after I left I had to call back 8 times and keep getting transferred just to get simple questions answered. My Jeep was driving just fine before I brought it here and after leaving it would not accelerate past 40 mph. They did not put my car back together the way I brought it in because they assumed I would be getting the work done here. Will not be returning for service here. More
