Josh gave me the quote as 1184, but then sent total over 1300 with miltary discount and could not tell me why it was more and did not provide an itemized detail when i asked for a breakdown. Also, requested to see the old parts when picking up my van and the parts could not be presented. It took the GM of the dealership to find the difference and corrected the difference so I wouldn't feel like I was taken advantage of and wants me and my family coming back ( not Josh). Alexis, with her cheerfull friendly personality, was helpful with our checking us in and checking us out! Friendly staff , very clean facility , poor placement of parts department “customers have no access to the parts department !!! They said my Jeep was fixed , I went to pick it up , got in it drove 10 ft. parts department “customers have no access to the parts department !!! They said my Jeep was fixed , I went to pick it up , got in it drove 10 ft. the warning light came on again , drove it back into service department and left it for another week or so until they said it was ready . The repair was a warranty issue , so it should be no charge , but I was given a bill for $269.00 . They couldn’t tell me what the charge was for , the service manager said he would take care of it . So my bill was $0 . I took my jeep off road the following week and everything worked flawlessly, so they did fix it correctly on the second try after I got Jeep customer care involved ! I think I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing service or purchasing a new Jeep , but not for part’s purchasing ! JR More
