I wouldn't recommend Larry and his service team if they offered to do everything for free! Larry is HANDS DOWN the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He's rude, condescending, and has ZERO peopl offered to do everything for free! Larry is HANDS DOWN the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He's rude, condescending, and has ZERO people skills. They charged me 2k for work they said would fix my issue, but it didn't. They guaranteed me the problem would be resolved. Well, here we are after 3 more trips to the dealer and now they want to charge me 8k for a new transmission, LOL. They refuse to own up to their mistakes, and to top it all off, Larry said I was acting like a 3 year old because I didn't get my way. Yes folks, he really said that, although I doubt he would ever admit it. This place, and especially Larry, is a joke. More

Jim Scarborough and the manager was very helpful! !! They gave us all the informations what we needed and we got the car very quick even they brought it from Virginia. They did awesome job! Love the way Josh takes care of my needs with my truck, he makes sure I understand what is going on and what needs to be done. He's very specific which I like. Stephanie made a great effort, but she was not the most engaged sales associate. The test drive was way too short(Maybe 2 miles on a straight road)She was helpful, but not necessarily an advocate. Had a 9 am APPT and when I called at 230 pm they still hadn't pulled my truck in yet. What is the point of having an appointment if your vehicle is not going to get worked on at that time?
