I have bought and sold over 15 cars in my lifetime… this for sure was the best, easiest and fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Don Zorn was AMAZING!! He listened to exactly what I w for sure was the best, easiest and fastest car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Don Zorn was AMAZING!! He listened to exactly what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got! He made everything so easy and convenient for me. He even delivered my vehicle to my office for me! Don was fantastic and so was the finance experience and management! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and really made me feel like they were working WITH me. I had taken my Jeep to another dealership in the area and they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I c they had it for 2 1/2 weeks and after I picked it up the same issue kept happening and I could not get anyone at that dealership to call me back. I called Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Woodstock and they got me in the next day and had my Jeep for 5 days and so far fixed the issue. I will be taking my Jeep and Dodge here from now on. More

The Service Dept is excellent. They keep me update with all service needs & recalls. Very nice waiting room. Friendly staff too. Everyone makes eye contact even when saying hi. Other dealership (E.V.) either do not return vehicles without forgetting to put parts back in or are very pushy and try to upsell everything such as replacing a fuel filter on an electric vehicle. CDJR of Woodstock is great for Service & i'm here to stay. More
