This is without question the worst business and customer service experience I have experienced in quite a while. I don’t think I have ever witnessed such an emptiness. Our first encounter was with Victor of service experience I have experienced in quite a while. I don’t think I have ever witnessed such an emptiness. Our first encounter was with Victor of the service writer. It started out with the estimate of repairs on my wife’s vehicle was around $1000. The car would maybe be ready that afternoon or the next day. No one from the dealership with the exception of a text message sent to my wife stating that she missed her service appointment, Contacted us at all.My wife would have to “stalker” call the dealership just to get somebody on the phone. Victor was nowhere to be found he was completely MIA. Finally after four days my wife called the dealership to find out if your car was ready. that is when we learned instead of the thousand dollar estimate it was now going to be $2000. I cannot believe that this place is even sanctioned by the Chrysler company. It is that big of a joke. More

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee here yesterday, and while I had a great experience working with the sales person, my experience with the finance side has not been great after the purchase was made. I came home happy with my purchase but after reviewing my documents, I had a few questions that needed clarifying. Called the dealership a few times this morning before I got through to the person I would worked with. I came away from that conversation feeling as if I was being rushed off of the phone, not totally satisfied with the answers I was given. I tried calling the dealership again several times after that for further clarification, but never got to speak with anyone regarding my concerns over the phone. I finally decided to drive back up to the dealership to speak with them in person only to be spoken to rudely by the same individual. I was able to meet with the general manager afterwards who was able discuss my concerns with me, but in all honesty, it felt like I was given the run around all day. The dealership itself is great-clean and customer friendly, however, that experience with that single individual left me with a negative experience. More
