Our salesman, Victor, was nice to deal with. Purchase transaction was efficient. They met most of my requests (vehicle modification & pricing) in the purchase negotiation. They do not require financing, nor do they see cash as a benefit, as most dealers now get rebates for financed sales. They had a barely negotiable $3k fee on top of the advertised price on my Certified Pre-owned Jeep for a service/product called “Woodstock Advantage”, which is really just an additional revenue source which costs them practically nothing & provided no benefit to me. I would buy from them again if they had the specific vehicle I was looking for even though they are 1.5 hrs away. More
