Grady was very pleasurable and an easy going rep to work with. Offered fair pricing and a smooth process up until it was time for paperwork and payment. Then information wasn't given to the finance departme with. Offered fair pricing and a smooth process up until it was time for paperwork and payment. Then information wasn't given to the finance department properly, secure info and names were entered incorrectly and there was an hour + delay before we could even start the payment process. The finance guy was wonderfully apologetic though and worked us through the financing as quickly as possible. Summary: Liked their team, cars are in great condition, just could have better processes. We bought 2 cars here and spent over 8-9 hours at the dealership to get it all done on a day that we were the only buyers (should have taken hours less, despite us asking for paperwork and time to get more efficient). My original review was 5 stars until we got to the final stretch. More

Brady was great and made this deal happen. If not for him I would have test drive and been gone. Sales side of the experience was pretty solid. Back end dealing with finance was a disappointing. There was confusion and multiple changes when it came to finalizing the transaction. I wanted to pay cash but was not able to do that due to the internal issues it created for them. Then I agreed to pay 50% cash to help facilitate. Last minute I was told I had to finance 100% then just pay it off when the first payment comes due. Way too many different iterations of the deal when all I wanted to do was pay for it outright. More
