Victor Neda and the service team were great examples of what a service experience should be like. I had originally gone to a different CDJR service department because they were across the street from where what a service experience should be like. I had originally gone to a different CDJR service department because they were across the street from where I worked. After over a week where the other dealer didn't even assign my car to a tech I called Woodstock. Victor was able to get me scheduled in the next day, had it assigned to a tech the same day, and the process started as quickly as possible. Victor keep me in the loop regularly as we went through a more complicated than expected repair process. I picked up the Pacifica today and can't find a bad thing to say about my experience with Woodstock CDJR and Victor. More
