Great experience working with Mike A. and Dawn! Could not find a steering rack anywhere for 2013 Dodge Ram. Called so many dealerships and auto parts stores. This guy found it!! He too and Dawn! I told the person I worked with to have them check for a nail in my tire before they completed the rotation. They didn't check, or chose to ignore it, and now I'm still having issues with a tire deflating. nail in my tire before they completed the rotation. Ridiculous marketing gimmicks. Their “advertised” price includes a “credit” for trade ins and dealer financing. Definitely not 100% forthcoming. As for the vehicle (used 2015 jeep), after completing purchase and driving it on the freeway, I discovered that one of the front brake calipers was frozen and needed replacing, a very unsafe condition. This is something that they definitely should have seen and fixed prior to selling car! Overall wouldn’t go back to them. More
