And that is all you will ever see. You were VERY lucky to get a second chance. You all managed to mess that up too! VERY disappointed in your service. You aren’t worth any more time spent here, and we all know the only 5 star reviews you get you ask for. Stop asking. Your dealership isn’t worth 1 star. Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we must respectfully address some inaccuracies in your review. Our team consistently strives to maintain professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. At no point did any staff member behave disrespectfully. We made every effort to assist you with r etrieving your vanity license plate and, after two and a half weeks, we respectfully explained that we could no longer be responsible for personal items left behind. At that point, your husband requested compensation for the service visit to cover the lost plate. We are concerned by his mention of threatening a negative review unless we paid for the service. This approach does not align with our values, and we do not condone such actions. We remain committed to providing excellent customer service and resolving concerns in a professional and respectful manner. We hope this response helps clarify any misunderstandings

Pretty inaccurate re-telling, but I know you are trying to save face. Treat customers how you want to be treated, simple as that. And don’t call and have people fill out the survey over the phone to your liking. Super shady.
