Asked for windshield fluid the last 2 times the oil was changed and haven’t gotten it yet. Was told it was part of the check. Auto butler was down and I wasn’t told. They did a terrible job by hand. Received a scratch on the car while it was there. Never return calls. Nothing but issues every time. Was sold a premiere service per finance that the dealership can’t provide with the auto butler. Always down and the cars are not cleaned throughly. This is a dealership that doesn’t follow through with what they sell. Would never recommend. More

My advisor, Tyler, was actually out the day of my appointment with the service department. Victor took care of me, and he was professional, pleasant, and attentive to my concern (engine noise). I met with the shop foreman, James, as well so he could hear the noise. He promised me that he would oversee the job himself with the technician. They were honest and said that it would be a week before my Durango RT could be diagnosed. Exactly 8 days later, Victor called and said it was done! (Replaced the lifters under warranty). So far, my Durango is running perfectly and no more engine noise. My brother in law has also used this dealership for his beloved SRT Challenger, which also had an engine noise. We would both strongly recommend Woodstock JDR for service. More
