Tyler Smith is my Service Advisor and he continues to up my "wait time" experience to less time in the dealership, so I can get more things accomplished during the day. It is nice to be greeted by name on arrival at the dealership by all the Service Department staff. They respect my time and me as a customer. Drop off was a breeze but pick-up was another story. My husband and I came to pick up our car and were told that someone had to pull it out of the garage. The woman who checked us out said she couldn’t My husband and I came to pick up our car and were told that someone had to pull it out of the garage. The woman who checked us out said she couldn’t leave the check out desk. We stood there, staring at our car for 15-20 minutes. Another employee came in but didn’t pull it out and then a third. At that point, I asked my husband to wait (as I had worked a long day and was getting upset.) More
