Drop off was a breeze but pick-up was another story. My husband and I came to pick up our car and were told that someone had to pull it out of the garage. The woman who checked us out said she couldn’t My husband and I came to pick up our car and were told that someone had to pull it out of the garage. The woman who checked us out said she couldn’t leave the check out desk. We stood there, staring at our car for 15-20 minutes. Another employee came in but didn’t pull it out and then a third.
