Service department desk treated me horribly, I asked if my car was ok to drive now and would not break down on me and Tim in service told me he can’t predict the future we can all die tomorrow?!excuse me b my car was ok to drive now and would not break down on me and Tim in service told me he can’t predict the future we can all die tomorrow?!excuse me but shouldn’t a car repair shop make you feel good that when you leave them your car is fixed and will run properly?! Every attempt I made at making myself feel good about driving my car out of their dealership was met with conflict. Actually made me cry they were so horrible! I’m going to need a new car and there’s no way I’m looking at this dealership! Too bad cuz I have my eye on a jeep hard too. Another dealership will benefit. More
