The service specialist I was communicating with was fired in between me getting my car fixed. He charged me for services I had already paid for. I was overcharged for my service. Thank God Derek caught the m in between me getting my car fixed. He charged me for services I had already paid for. I was overcharged for my service. Thank God Derek caught the mistake before I paid. When I dropped my car off to get my window module replaced my door handle worked properly now sometimes my door will not open from the outside. Overall bad experience I spent $3,500 to get my car fixed and I wish I would have saved that money and went somewhere else. More

Sales people were ok, finance people terrible. They tried to upsell us with add ons we did not need. They failed to payoff the car we traded in on time and caused us to incur a late fee. You are not able to reach anyone and the only call back came after my fiancé emailed the general manager. Would not recommend this dealership. More
