This was our first time using CDJR for service as we purchased from another dealer near the Milton area. CDJR was fantastic for servicing our 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee for it's 100,000 mile check up. Very poor communication and follow up Customer Service. Definitely a sense of buyers remorse. I’ve been trying for several weeks to talk to somebody about miscellaneous questions in regard to the vehicle. Definitely a sense of buyers remorse. It seems like they don’t want anything to do with you after they’ve got your money. No explanation of warranty details, features of the truck, or anything of importance except how you are going to pay them. More
